Help us keep the sea and the coasts of the Aeolian Islands clean. The archipelago of the Aeolian Islands, of volcanic origin, is of extraordinary natural and geological beauty. We have invaded the Blue Planet with the waste of our 'lifestyles' making the life of cetaceans, sea turtles and other animals increasingly difficult. The least we can do is not only change our habits, but also take care of and clean their environment. Also this year SICILY IN KAYAK continues its fight against this destruction. And to do this, it organizes the Eco Kayak beach cleaning in the Aeolian Islands. We use our kayaks to reach and clean deserted beaches. Of course we cannot do this important work alone. With an enthusiastic group of international volunteers we can clean the sea and the coasts of the Aeolian Islands and spend happy moments together.We invite you to join us!

Cleaning the beaches of the islands of Vulcano and Lipari
Program:
The definitive program of each excursion will usually be presented on the Friday before the date of execution, in the kayak center of the island of Vulcano at 17:00. During the presentation all useful information will be provided on clothing, spare parts and food to bring, the choice of kayak and anything else that can contribute to the best outcome of the days.
on Vulcano or Lipari
8:30 - 17:30Depending on the weather, on foot or with guided Sea Kayak excursions Route 1 or Route 2 or Route 3 duration 3 / 5h, the group reaches and cleans the beaches intended for the beach clean-up of the Island of Vulcano or Lipari.
Picnic on the beach and return to the kayak school, in the afternoon washing and storage of kayaks and equipment.
Dinner together and programming of the following day.
- The annual membership fee.
- Use of the sea kayak with paddle, splash guard, life jacket for the days of the event.
- Gloves and garbage bags for waste collection.
Not included:
- Meals, drinks and overnight stays.
- Any tickets for ships or inter-island hydrofoils.
- The reservation is mandatory and will be confirmed only after payment has been made within the terms.
- Registration deadline by Wednesday before the chosen date - maximum 8 seats per event.
THE ECO KAYAK DAYS ARE OFFERED BY SICILY IN KAYAK THAT DOES NOT RECEIVE ANY CONTRIBUTION FROM ANY BODY FOR THE EXHIBITION OF THE EVENT
