A t-shirt, beach towel, swimsuit, water shoes, sunglasses (with rope), a change of clothes, sun cream, water bottle, hat.

Requirements:
To participate in the excursions all participants must be able to swim and be in good health, (people with medical conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, etc. that affect sports activities cannot participate for safety reasons). Each minor (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who will be paired in a double kayak. All participants must bring an identity document we will hold for the duration of the rental.
