What to bring for multi-days
sea kayak trips

Clothing: Wool cap, sun hat, raincoat windproof/waterproof, dry or semi-dry jacket (seasonal), kayak-specific clothing (seasonal), 1 sweater (or fleece), warm base layers, dry change of clothes, spare underwear, 1 T-shirt, 1 bermuda, 1 long trekking pants, swimsuit, dry pants or drysuit (seasonal), neoprene gloves (seasonal), kayak shoes, hiking shoes + socks (can be rented), tracksuit (acting as pajamas).
Optional (✔️ provided): Storm cag.

Camping: 2–3 dry bags (12L), 2 transport bags for all kayak contents (IKEA-style), personal hygiene kit, toilet paper, towel, sunscreen, anti-mosquito cream and soothing bites.
Optional (✔️ provided): Sleeping bag, sleeping pad, 1-person shelter, camping hatchet, camping saw, personal gear repair kit, cup, cutlery, plate, 1 dry bag.

Safety / Communication: Personal ID, personal medications (if needed), phone in waterproof case (if used while paddling), power bank.
Optional (✔️ provided): PLB (Personal Locator Beacon), VHF radio, hand flares, first aid kit.

Navigation: Waterproof headlamp (red & white light), sunglasses with cord, mask and snorkel
Optional (✔️ provided): Paddle, kayak repair kit, spare paddle, bilge pump, map or nautical chart, compass, PFD knife, GPS or compass, 2 carabiners, 1 locking carabiner, 2 slings, multi-tool knife

Food & Water: Emergency food (energy bars or gels), water containers/bottles (3L per day), thermos or water bottle, small lunch box.
Optional (✔️ provided): 2 liters per person, provided during the pre-departure briefing.

Note: All items listed as optional are ✔️ provided by the leader for group or personal use. Water, personal snacks, and food for shared meals can be purchased together after the pre-departure briefing.
